Who is sending messages
Auri Digital is the registered DBA (doing business as) name of DSP Media Solutions, LLC, 7807 Long Point Rd STE 326, Houston, TX 77055. Messages include appointment reminders, account and service notifications, replies to customer inquiries, and occasional offers. We never send messages to purchased lists or to anyone who has not opted in.
Opt-in method 1: website form with an optional checkbox
End users opt in through the contact form embedded on our website at auridigital.com/contact and auridigital.com/book-a-call. The form collects first name, last name, email, and phone number. SMS consent is collected only through a separate checkbox that is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Submitting the form, booking a call, and purchasing services are all possible without checking the box. Consent is never a condition of service or purchase.

The checkbox label reads, in full: "By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Auri Digital, a registered DBA of DSP Media Solutions, including appointment reminders, account and service notifications, replies to your inquiries, and occasional offers, at the phone number provided. A disclosure next to the form repeats the same terms and links our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Only users who check the box receive SMS.
Opt-in method 2: text a keyword
End users can also opt in by texting START, SUBSCRIBE, or YES to our number. Either opt-in method triggers this confirmation message: "You're now subscribed to updates & offers from Auri Digital. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
Opt-out and help
Every recipient can reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE) at any time to opt out, and HELP or INFO for assistance. Opt-out confirmation: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
