Payment Terms and Conditions

Due Date: Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Services will commence upon receipt of full payment.

Preferred Payment Methods:

ACH Transfer: Recommended for faster processing with fewer fees.
Check: Please make checks payable to Auri Digital and mail to 7807 Long Point Rd STE: 326 Houston, TX 77055.
Credit Card via Stripe: Accessible through the payment link provided on the invoice or directly via our client portal.

Late Payment: Payments received after the due date may be subject to a late fee of 5% per month on any outstanding balance.

Service Commencement: Services will begin only after full payment has been received. If there are any delays in payment, the start date of services may be adjusted accordingly.

Invoice Queries: If you have any questions regarding this invoice, please contact Dominik at Auri Digital within three business days of receiving this invoice.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days in advance of the scheduled service start date. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the remaining balance.

Refunds: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of Auri Digital. In the event of a refund, a processing fee may be applied.
